Ken  joined  IFCO  in  2017  as  their  Bareroot  Operations  Manager  where  he  is responsible  for  the  production  of  all  bareroot  seedlings  at  five  of  the  company’s  nurseries  which  are  located  in  Washington,  North  Carolina;  Jesup,  Georgia;  Pine  Hill,  Alabama  and  Shubuta, Verbena, Alabama;  and Mississippi.  Ken  has  over  31  years  of  experience  in  the  production  of  bareroot  and  containerized  forest  tree  seedlings  and  began  his  career  in  1989  with  International  Paper’s  Blenheim,  South  Carolina  nursery.  Prior  to  joining  IFCO,  Ken  was  the  Nursery  Manager  at  Weyerhaeuser’s  Pearl  River/River  Bend  Nurseries  in  Hazlehurst,  Mississippi.  During  Ken’s  career,  he  has  been  involved  in  every  aspect  of  the  seedling  business  including  new  nursery  establishment,  operations  management,  seedling  sales  and  strategic  planning  but  with  a  strong  focus  on  seedling  quality  and  production.
